These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern all access to and use of the Jonitogel platform, including the website accessible at jonitogel.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Jonitogel ("we", "us", "the Company").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you ("User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all provisions of this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Jonitogel operates under international online gaming licensing and provides its services to eligible players globally, including in Malaysia. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment and wagering by adults who meet the eligibility criteria defined in Section 3 of this Agreement.

These Terms are written in English and shall be construed in accordance with English-language legal convention. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version of any part of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall bear the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" — a registered user account created on the Platform, through which the User accesses services, deposits funds, and places wagers.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits issued by Jonitogel to a User's account under specific promotional terms; not withdrawable unless rollover requirements are met.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are approved.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other eligible market through the Platform.
• "Rollover" / "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted under applicable law or Jonitogel's internal compliance policies.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency in which account balances and transactions are denominated for Malaysian users.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary mechanism by which a User requests temporary or permanent restriction of their access to the Platform.
• "Fraudulent Activity" — any act or omission constituting attempted or actual deception, manipulation of outcomes, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other dishonest conduct.

Access to and use of the Jonitogel Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Jonitogel enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account holders and wagering participants. This requirement reflects international licensing obligations and our own commitment to responsible gambling.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment and are not doing so on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, nor are you physically located within, any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registering or using the Platform.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of Jonitogel or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not been subject to a self-exclusion or voluntary account closure on the Jonitogel Platform or any related platform operated by the Company.
• You are acting in your legal and personal capacity and are not subject to any court order or legal prohibition that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.
• You understand that online gambling may be restricted or regulated in your local jurisdiction, and you accept full personal responsibility for ensuring your participation is lawful under applicable local laws.

Jonitogel reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify compliance with eligibility requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

To access the full range of Jonitogel services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes.

Jonitogel accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian and international payment methods. Current supported channels include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and select cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin). Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Jonitogel does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. You are advised to check with your payment provider prior to depositing.

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification status, available balance, and applicable rollover requirements on any active bonus funds. Jonitogel targets the following indicative processing times for verified accounts:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically processed within 5 minutes.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Transfer: typically processed within 15–60 minutes during business hours.

The above timeframes are indicative estimates and not guaranteed. Processing may be delayed due to bank batch schedules, public holidays, KYC requirements, or security review. Jonitogel is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

Jonitogel offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP tier rewards, birthday bonuses, and refer-a-friend schemes. All promotions are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer and form part of this Agreement when a promotion is activated.

All wagers placed through the Jonitogel Platform — whether on sporting events (including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, NBA, Champions League, and other markets) or casino games — are subject to the applicable product-level rules published on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jonitogel Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Exploiting system errors, technical vulnerabilities, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users, including sharing information about real-money games in progress.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without explicit written authorisation from Jonitogel.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing discrepancies in a systematic manner intended to circumvent normal risk management.
• Depositing funds originating from stolen, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise unlawfully acquired payment instruments.
• Allowing a minor (any person under the age of 21) to access or use your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Jonitogel staff, agents, or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the Jonitogel Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "Jonitogel", logos, software, game interfaces, design elements, text, graphics, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of Jonitogel or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from Jonitogel.

Any unauthorised use of Jonitogel's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, and Jonitogel reserves all rights to pursue appropriate legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jonitogel's aggregate liability to any User in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Jonitogel shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or telecommunications disruptions beyond Jonitogel's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms or applicable local laws.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Jonitogel is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides tools to help users manage their gambling behaviour, including deposit limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion facilities. These tools are accessible through your account settings panel.

Self-exclusion requests take immediate effect upon submission. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period.

Jonitogel enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. If Jonitogel has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended and all activity reviewed pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage user will be forfeited.

Jonitogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms or any applicable law.
• The account is the subject of a regulatory inquiry, law enforcement request, or fraud investigation.
• KYC documents have not been submitted within a reasonable period of request.
• Fraudulent or prohibited conduct has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• The User has requested voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any confirmed real-money balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to the User via a verified payment method following the completion of KYC. Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play may be forfeited upon closure at Jonitogel's discretion.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming law as applicable under the licensing jurisdiction of Jonitogel's operating licence.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact Jonitogel's customer support team to seek resolution informally. Jonitogel will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution framework. Jonitogel's decision in all matters relating to Platform rules, bet settlement, and account status shall be final, subject to any mandatory regulatory review process.

You acknowledge that participation in online gambling activities may be subject to local laws in Malaysia. Malaysian users are solely responsible for assessing the legality of their participation under applicable local statutes.

Jonitogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the email address associated with their account or by way of a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Jonitogel recommends revisiting this page whenever a "Last Updated" notification is received.
